Hi, I’m Sanchita. I’ve spent 7+ years working across DTC growth and retention, with brands in India, the US and UK.
I started across content, social, creators, business development and growth operations. Today, I focus on CRM and retention, from strategy and customer journeys to hands-on execution and reporting.
That broader background shapes how I approach the work. I want to understand where customers come from, what they buy first, why they return and how discounts influence their decisions.
Then I work out what CRM needs to do.
I enjoy getting into the details, asking questions and figuring out what’s worth changing. I work closely with founders, marketing teams and agency partners to turn those decisions into campaigns and journeys, then review what happens.
